What is the return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges only if the item arrives damaged or if we sent the incorrect size. If the issue is on our end, we will cover the return shipping.
If a customer orders the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange once photos are provided to confirm the item is unworn and in original condition. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items damaged due to customer handling or normal wear.
When will I get my order?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Central Time are shipped the same day, Monday through Sunday. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and typically takes 1–7 days after payment is received.
What is your refund policy ?
At Neighborhood Supplier, we operate under a No Refund Policy. Refunds are only issued if an error occurs on our end.
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
